i used candies little angels for a couple of years, i had both of my children in there. i had a daughter and a son, candy at first seemed warm and fuzzy and very comfortable. then my kids started talking about how she would put her hands on them. i know my son can act up, but we have to be patient with those type of things, but she put her hands on him and beat him with a wooden spoon in front of the rest of the children in there. my daughter played out in her pool in the summer, and my daughter told me that when she came inside candy refused her a towel and made her sit at the table, and when my daughter would move she would splash water (because let me remind you she was refused a towel and came out of the pool) and everytime she would move and splash water candy would yell and smack her in the back of the head. i would never recommend this place for anyone, keep your kids safe and don’t bring them here.
Candy put her hands on the children there daily without the parents knowing, and I would NEVER recommend ever bringing your children there. She acts very nice around parents, but when they leave she completely changes personalities.
I have used her for more than 6 months. She watches both of my children at times, but mainly my toddler. The children love to go there, and love their friends. She even canceled what she had going on to care for my son when I had complications with surgery.
I would give this place no stars if i could. I placed my child in her care from a friend referral. At first candace seemed nice and warming. I made sure i paid her on time and in advance if possible. She would never provide me with receipts when i ask, i had surgery and told her my child will not be going to her for 2 weeks. I told her about my surgery in advance so my child wouldn't lose their spot in her daycare. She was fine with it. I have the email to prove it. The 2 days after my surgery she informed me my child has lost their spot due to the no shows. I simply reminded her of our previous conversation and forwarded her our email. She told me its invalid due to her contract. Her contract clearly states if your child misses days she can remove your child at any given time. She began to go off on me as if i was her child. I just had open heart surgery and to have a daycare provider go off when given noticed and she was fine with it made me question her character. My child told me most of the time they are in the living area watching tv and the older kids get to go outside and not the younger kids. If u dont finish your food you have to take a nap. I personally felt like i let my child down. Please do your research before placing your child in her care.
