Barbara is a warm, lively, wonderful child care provider. She cared for our daughter Alex from age 5 months - 3 years, until we moved to the far west suburbs. Barbara's home daycare is filled with books, toys of all kinds, puzzles, music, wonderful home cooking, and love. She speaks both Spanish and English to the children and invites you in like you are family when you come for your kids. I have shared many wonderful conversations on Barbara's couch, discussing parenting, family, and worldly ideas :) We couldn't have asked for a better caretaker. Our daughter continues to ask about Barbara, and we stay in touch. She is one-of-a-kind.
My 7 month old started with Barbara's day care 3 months now. All the anxiety of starting an infant in a new day care were gone within the first day when we picked up a very happy baby. The environment is very caring and nurturing. Other parents have all good things to say about this daycare. -we feel very blessed to have such a caregiver taking care of our little one.
