I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I have used BBCC for nearly two years now and have become increasingly dissatisfied over the last year. On multiple occasions I've witnessed class room issues that have gone unnoticed by staff. Once I tried to get information on a policy that the school had regarding bullying (child to child) and I was shocked that the first person I asked didn't know the answer. As this incident went on I was asked questions by another associate and was told that they would have a talk when the teacher came by. THEN that same day when I picked up my daughter I had 3 teachers asking me what happened. Why on earth is my conversation not private???
This week things have gotten out of hand. My daughters teacher informed me she runs around during nap time and she tells my daughter she will call my husband. Please tell me how a parent who is in a completely different country and unable to be reached by phone is going to discipline a child, but you won't tell the parent who is there every single day.
Then today I brought fruit for my daughters party. Great :) I purchase fresh pre cut and washed fresh fruit from Lowes foods and spent nearly $20 on some strawberries and grapes. After I picked up my daughter she told me they didn't have the fruit. Only the big kids had the fruit. So I tried to call and get information as to why my daughters class room was not allowed to have the snacks that I brought in the line was busy. I ended up turning around and the teachers told me they didn't see any fruit in her classroom and they must of been left in the refrigerator by mistake. Granted things happen and it's likely to be an honest mistake, I am seriously upset. Even after the apologies I was not offered for one of them to go back into the building to get my fruit I paid good money for. And it will surely be rotten come Monday morning.
Sure that seems pretty superficial on the surface of things but let me remind you BBCC was once the raved about Day Care everyone wanted their children to go to. And they helped with learning what not. Sure my daughter knows "Jesus Loves Me" but can't spell her name. I count on them just as much as they count on me. Surely they can help me teach her the alphabet (not just the song) and her numbers.
Sincerely a upset mother.
P.S. I've encountered many other parents who are dissatisfied with the level of service provided. Yes, I'm looking for another day care...
