I tried this daycare when it just opened late 2014. It's sub par and now I know why there aren't many children enrolled here. staff is not great and owner not receptive to anything brought up to her. I took my child out to a more established place.
Cresthill appears good at first but soon you will see that it is not. The owner does not listen to the parents at all and is defensive if you bring anything up to her. Taylor is great but the owner Christina is not. There were several cleanliness issues and safety issues and she dismissed them all. Does not care if the children are in clean environments and doesn't even bother to look at you when you speak to her. She constantly reminds you of her Harvard education. The positive review was most likely written by her. Save yourself the trouble and STAY AWAY from this place.
My kids just like this daycare
-- renovated rooms, much brighter, and a lot of more things and toys for kids to play.
-- new staff, the teachers are really different, and take good care of the kids. My princesses just like Miss Jessica and Miss Jill. The morning drop-off is very smooth, and the afternoon pick-up is always enjoyful. Kids are happy.
-- the new director, Miss Taylor, is great. Always ask for inputs and listen to you.
