Best Friends Child Care is located in Oak Park, Michigan; offering childcare for infants’ age 6 weeks and up & Latchkey. Activities are incorporated throughout the day to stimulate learning through shaping, positive reinforcement, sensory and active learning to maximize your child’s learning experience.
Best Friends Child Care is a Family Child Care Home (Licensed for 6 children) that has been fully licensed by the State of Michigan since Fall 2005. Which means it meets or exceeds all requirements for family child day care homes. The entire home is subject to inspections by state and city health, fire, and licensing officials. The director holds a degree in Early Childhood Development and is a former Head Start Teacher and is First Aid and CPR Certified yearly.

Our daughter has been attending Best Friend Child Care for a little over 9 months, and we have been extremely happy with our experience! We love the focus on play and being a good friend that is a positive contributor to the group. With the intimate environment of a small group, my daughter gets to interact with and negotiate kids of all ages. She has developed a very strong social awareness and love Ms. Tori and all her best friends!
My daughter has attended Best Friends daycare for the past 10 months. Her social and language skills have increased exponentially. Ms. Tori is is former Head-start instructor. She balances a loving, personal home-based environment with a school setting. There is a minimal amount of homework (age appropriate) to encourage parental involvement. Most important, my daughter loves and adores her.
