I have used this provider for less than 6 months
Alma was very rude and appeared unconcerned. Most days upon arrival some of the children were crying and during the summer's the kids would be outside in the heat playing. I was never allowed inside of house to pick up my kids, odd, that I had to wait on porch or either I was met at the door before I could get out of the car, as if they were waiting for me to hurry up and pick up my children.I discontinued my care with this facility as a result of my children crying as soon as I pulled into driveway.
One star only because I couldn't put a big ZERO. I've must have caught them on a bad day because they place looked quiet dirty. In addition, the people didn't seem patient with me so I can imagine how they are with the children. Don't hesitate to walk away if in doubt.
