The capacity has been reduced to 8 per North Salt Lake Ordinance and coordination with Utah childcare services.
I just want to add a little clarification. This person was a neighbor across the street and was never involved in my daycare in any way. He made multiple complaints to the State and each one of them where investigated and resulted in NO FINDINGS. We had a license for 16 children as an administrative error but not because we wanted to brake any ordinances. The city and the state worked with us to help us get in compliance without affecting the families that we cared for and with help from the rest of our neighbors we relocated as soon as we could.
There was never a problem with the level of care and love that our little ones received from us and our license was always in good standing.
