This was far the worse daycare after the first owners left ! The director had an attitude and she was never in the building
My 9 month old daughter has been attending Angels for a little over a year now. And I am happy to say that this has been the best child care decision I have ever made. I was a stay at home mother because I was afraid of my child not receiving the proper care. Her infant teacher is a mother and loves on my child like her own. I haven't had any concerns yet. I am very pleased with services
My 3 year old daughter come home every day and she tells me what she learned. The teachers are very nice and care about the kids. The school is clean, safe, and a learning environment for all kids. The director is very professional and works very hard to make sure that the kids needs are being met. When I spoke with her, she was polite and very helpful.
I went in for a tour for enrolling my 2 year old son for the 2nd attempt, the first time a young blonde girl up front did not know anything. She said the director had stepped out for awhile and she was in charge and asked me if I could come back in about 1 hour.(she was giggly) If your going to leave someone in charge of your bussiness please make sure they at least know what they're doing.
So then the following week I came back in. The director herself was very rude,(on her phone) she didn't seem to be interested in showing me around, but sure didn't mind giving me the paperwork to enroll him.
I had heard rumors about this facility so went in for myself and seems to be legit and true about what all I have heard.
Hmmm.. I wonder why they don't have many kids.
This facility is very unprofessional and it makes me sick to my stomach that I have to send my child here. I am currently looking for another facility but I will need a facility with transportation. The director is VERY rude and unprofessional. The parents pay for a service and is talked to as if they are incompetent. No director should behave in her manner. Does the owner even care? Some of the teachers do not need to be teachers . My child has complained and I’ve read more reviews where the teacher is very evil to the children. I will make this center the topic of discussion until something is done. If you don’t like people or kids, FIND A NEW BUSINESS VENTURE!
My grandson has been going to this facility since he was 11months old. When it was under diff management. Now he is 3 1/2 and often comes home with pop in his underwear be abuse they do not help him with wiping. His mother has spoken to person in charge of facility, she is rude, unprofessional and refuses to gi e number to owner. This is a horrible place dont take your children here.
Fed up with this place. My daughter showed me a video where a teacher was dragging my son and another child. This place needs to be under investigation.
When the facility switched to Angels Creative Learning Academy, the new owner made many changes that does not benefit the teachers or parents. The new owner is very unprofessional and rude to parents. I question what happens behind closed doors.
