BEWARE THIS DAYCARE!
Edith of Angel's Touch Family Daycare is refusing to mail me IRS Form W-10 so that I can file my taxes appropriately for the Child and Dependent Care Credit. She is insisting I come to her house and sign something (NOT required by law) and REFUSES to release her EIN for me to file! As this is public record I thankfully should still be able to acquire this information. She however was supposed to have given this information to all her paying clients by a February deadline and won't comply! She is unhelpful and rude, telling me it doesn't matter for my taxes anyway. I urge everyone to STAY FAR AWAY. Not the type of person I want caring for my family.
