Regretful Nov 16, 2016
I have used this provider for less than 6 months

The settting is for school age kids not for infants and toddlers. The way they care for your child is horrible. The one who give care is an older spanish woman who speaks no English. There is no communication between caregiver and parent. My child is traumatized from the daycare. The way they console a crying child is to dump a container of toys infront of the crying child sitting at the table. I should have removed my child after a week my gut was talking to me. As time went by things gotten worst. My child resisstance grew stronger for that daycare. I am beating myself up for not listening to my child
