I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I’ll start by saying that if your child speaks or moves at all, do not enroll them at this daycare. They are expected to be statues or they will be screamed at or constantly in time out. My 2 year old was just too much to handle. He liked to run, jump and play. That was not acceptable. He was written up almost every day. The final reason I was given that he was being thrown out was “he just hasn’t been listening today.” Again, a 2 year old boy. Can you imagine that? One day the director was completely aggravated because my child kept taking his shoes off (while inside). Isn’t that a terrible offense? There are also the fake sicknesses just to get your child out of daycare for the day. I was called for a “rash” that when I took him to the doctor to check out, the doctor basically laughed. It was ONE small red spot on the face of a fair complexion child. Needless to say, he was not contagious. These directors want easy money, meaning they want people who pay but your kid is not allowed to be a kid. The directors are always unhappy. This is not a healthy atmosphere for children. There are a few good teachers there, and it is beyond me how they can watch this day in and day out. I believe children need to be disciplined, but this is even beyond my limits. It’s either be perfect or GO! Read your contract if are considering it. It clearly states that there is no running, jumping, etc. What a fun place for small kids! They open at 6:30 am, but that’s it…they are OPEN. The kids that get there that early have to sit along the wall and watch the director and her subordinate friend drink coffee until more teachers show up and get breakfast going. Again, doesn’t that sound fun for small children…sitting along a wall watching grown-ups drink coffee and converse with each other? Sign me up! Also, the directors’ word is final, and they attempt to be bullies. They did not bully me which definitely contributed to them throwing my child out of the daycare. I always worked with him on bad behavior and even took away privileges, but that was really all I could do with a 2 year old. That was not enough for them. They thought I should do more, and it angered them that I would not do something else…not sure what else. The owner died about a year ago, and I was told by one of the directors that the daycare (all locations) are now owned by the deceased owner’s very young (around 20 years old) son. I’m sure he has plenty of child development experience, right? Probably a nice kid, but I would not consider him qualified to run child care centers just yet. Read the reviews people. Do you see a pattern? I do now. I have so much guilt for leaving my child with these people in such a toxic environment. He cried and had to be pulled off of me every day when dropping him off. He’s recently shown some disturbing signs at home of being a disappointment, or being, as he says, “a bad boy” (wonder where that came from). I’ll spend some time with him before re-enrolling him in a daycare. One thing is for certain…I WILL do more research and take more time to pick the next one. I did not take a lot of the really old reviews about this daycare seriously, but I should have. There are more recent ones now. Do your research. Don’t put too much stock in those happy looking pictures on FB. That’s very temporary and as soon as that picture is taken, all of those sugared up kids get in trouble for having a bit of energy. In the end, I was able to get this daycare to allow me out of my contract one month early, but to finish out the current month since I had already paid for the month and needed time to find another daycare. I had no intention of renewing another one year contract in August, and I told the director this. The director agreed, then wrote him up and threw him out a few days later. Needless to say they kept my money.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

while picking up my 1 year old daughter from daycare I witnessed one of the daycare workers pick up my child by her hands with force when gravity pulled her down it looked like her arms where pulled out her socket. My daughter is 16 pounds!!! Then she asked me if My daughter would be back.. I think not. I have handled this matter appropriately through the law.
I paid them $450 when my daughter started attending daycare on the 6th of June after dropping my daughter off on the morning of the 27th I was phone called by the facility saying I owed them an additional money for the remainder of the month. Which confused me because I thought I was paid up for the month of June.
I called the abuse hotline because this is the second time the same girl has done something to this nature but not to this extreme.
I'm one furious mother. I paid more for this daycare facility over others thinking my child was getting treated right with exceptional care in a Christian based facility. Now I know why my child screamed and threw a fit when I dropped her off at this place. I had a gut feeling but couldn't put my finger on it.

It seems when your child is not favorited by the employees they are ruthless to get you to un enroll your child. My daughter is one of the best and well behaved 15 month olds why take it out on a child that is innocent in everyway. Parents listen to me!!! Think twice before you stick your child in this facility. Do your research. I feel like a horrible mother for putting my child through this. I have cried and beat myself up over this matter.
