I would have given this center a zero stars if it was an option. This daycare is literally a dump. The owner spends all the money on herself for personal things and to repair things at her residence. She calls the children thugs and psychopaths. She also calls the people on WTO which is state assistants low life ghetto members of society who will never amount to a hill of beans. She refers to her staff members as they are w***** and dumber than a sack of rocks. The new director she has is not qualified for the postion she also treats the employees terrible and her and her boyfriend are constantly fighting at the daycare causing huge scenes at the daycare and the owner condones it. The owners husband also talks down on all the employees and his wife sits there and laughs while he does it. This woman does not deserve to have a childcare center. Our children,their families, and staff deserve so much better.
The owner and director just like to gossip all day in the office. They don’t care if classrooms are in ratio.Owner talks bad about all the kids.She is very cheap never wants to replace or repair anything. Owner likes to make up lies about kids and parents. I don’t know how this place is still open but needs to be shut down quickly. Never have staff and from what I have heard & seen she is rude to staff and makes them work even when they have a fever or very ill only cares about herself.
The owner of this facility does not care about the children or her staff. The facility is in desperate need of repairs. The frequent staff turnover rate is horrible. My infant son has had over 6 teachers in his short time there. Wide age groups are combined into the same room for different times of the day. The teachers are not given continuing education often. They are not trained on how to handle biting well. The rooms are dirty. I've witnessed bugs. The owner refuses to discuss parent concerns and instead berates the parents and the teachers. Has even done this inappropriately in full a room full of babies. This place should be inspected and at the very least put on probation. No one ever knows what the kids eat each day. There are no posted menus or schedules. The kids aren't being interacted with well. The babies are constantly hurt and abused by the older children. Absolutely horrible environment that should be shut down.
Ive Heard And Not Only Witnessed Horrible Things About This "So Called Daycare" More Like A Hell Hole Thats Bein Ran,The Owner Is So Cheap Wants Everything Done For Free And Treats Her Employees Poorly,She Refuses To Do Renovations,And Is All About The Money,She Doesnt Care About The Lovely Children Nor Her Employees That Are The "Main Reason" Her Company Is Still Running,I Would Not Recommend This Daycare For Any Child Nor My Worst Enemies Child,& Also Might I Add She "Quotes" Everyone Around Her Including The Parents Of The Children That Attend Her "So Called Daycare" And To Her Employees "Everyones Dumber Than A Sack Of Rocks!" Now How Professional Is That?She Is Greedy,Cheap,Racist&Flat Out Cold Hearted,So Please If You All Care For Your Children Do NOT ENROLL THEM IN THIS SO CALLED "Facility"
That comment is absolutely ridiculous. This is a great day care ran by the nicest Lady I've ever met. In no way has she ever been inappropriate with a child. Shame on you for posting that review.
There have been more negative reports about this daycare than any other on our community page ranging from neglect to physical abuse. They've been reported to the state multiple times by various parents to no avail. I've also personally experienced the indifference of the Director and it's been reported that she personally has been physically inappropriate with a child. With most facilities that receive negative criticisms, I hope to see progress and eventually the opportunity to recommend them as quality child care centers, but I would NEVER recommend this facility to any parent after what I've heard.
