Employees are underpaid and overworked. When the center is in "Low Use" hours will be cut (under the 40hrs hired on as). To "make-up" hours management will use sick time and vacation time without asking or notifying employees. Day to day center activities and procedures often "overlook" state licensing, when convenient. The director is unprofessional on a variety of levels and often allows emotions to rule and makes scenes, often in front of the children. I would not recommend working for this specific location, as a whole I believe the goals and beliefs of Bright Horizons are amazing but poorly executed at the Arlington location.
