The purpose of this letter is to briefly introduce myself, my name is Angela Phillips. I am the owner of Phillips Learning Center; we are a (5) star state licensed in- home center.
I personally have 30+ years experience in the childcare field, this experience include working with the Head Start Program and within the Charlotte Mecklenburg School System.
Do you want an in home center that is warm, loving and caring? Treats each child with respect, love and gives each child the one on one attention that he/she is due? All persons working at Phillips Learning Center has CPR and First Aid, Early Child hood education and we are licensed by the State.

* Phillips Learning Center now has opening for varies ages.
We offer:
*Ages 6weeks to 8 years
*CPR/First Aid Certified
*Hot Meals
*Daily activity in education to get them ready for pre-school and or kindergarten.
*Hours 7:00 a.m. until 5:45 p.m. 1st shift
(Will work with parents on shifts earlier than 7:00a.m.)
