This childcare center was one of the worst places I've been in. First, I cannot believe the State actually licensed this place. I have owned a large state licensed preschool/childcare center in a major city and I have been a case manager for Ne. Dept of Health & Human Services and I was absolutely not impressed with this center at all. I don't have one positive thing to say about it. Unfortunately we had a family illness/emergency and had no other alternative - it was desperation time and had to put our grandson in this center for a while. The director/owner brought her baby in very sick so she could go to an all day meeting in another town. That goes against every policy regarding sick children. If this comes from the owner/director what other regulations are they not abiding by? Teachers were quitting quite frequently as most of them disliked it there so there was no stability. The decor was bland - nothing that showed happy joyful children. The baby room & kitchen were practically 1 room and it was awful. Toys seemed broken and not very entertaining or educational. Children's art work hanging were coloring book pictures - not inspiring or creative. Such a sad experience. I shudder thinking we had to use this place. Thank goodness - no more and never again. I'd give it negative stars if it let me. Thank goodness our grandson didn't have to be in there long.
