Write a review about Wonder Years Child Development Center. Let other families know what’s great, or what could be improved. Please read our brief review guidelines to make your review as helpful as possible.
Wonder Years Child Care Development Center was a terrible center to send my children too. While my children were taken care of (by the bare minimum), other things were not. The center was cluttered, unorganized, and unresponsive to communication. We had several issues with our accounts. Once we decided to make the transition out of Wonder Years and ASKED for a withdraw slip, it wasn't but a few days, the owner decided to "refuse service to us", leaving us without child care for over a month. The owner could not give any reason as to why - our account was paid IN FULL and prepaid for weeks ahead (and had been for several months), our children had no behavioral issues. It was simply because we wanted to "move on" that we were refused service. We are owed a refund for the prepayment, after several phone calls to the center and several emails, being patient but persistent, we have had zero response into when we would receive our refund. As of now, we have turned it over to an attorney. I just hope no one else is treated as poorly as we were, especially when it comes to your children.
