Staff did not complete the health and safety training within one year of employment. The foster grandparent had not completed the Health and Safety Trainings and had been employed over a year. The foster grandparent took a group of children to the bathroom by herself. The bathroom was located in an adjacent mobile unit apart from the classroom. |
