Poor provider!! Saw employees smoking in the facility several times, every time I picked up my toddler unannounced I always found him/her with a diaper full of urine.. within the first month there he/she developed such a bad rash that only terminated when I changed provider. Let’s not even start about the driver several times family members told me that they drive reckless and they don’t check the kids that they pick up!!
