I had a tour with the owner Lanah few weeks ago for the first time and it was lovely for Saturday care for my two dtrs. I was instructed as to what documents to bring to the center and given a packet. Yesterday I Spoke with Ms Kim in detail about bringing my daughter's for Saturday Care today and asked if it mattered when I brought the paperwork, She said no it didn't. She said that she would call the lady who sits on Saturdays because she may not open the door then provided me detail as to what my kids will need such as there own food lunch meals etc. Today I arrive with packet in hand, paperwork, cash in Hand($110), and lunches, and kids and nobody knows nothing. The lady answers and says she didn't call me and tell me nothing...I'm outside with my kids waiting while she calls and gets no answer. Communication is so important and not worth the $110 If compromised. I just left, and found better care for my children so I can go to work, especially since Tomorrowland refused to let us in after making arrangements for care with them. So inconvienent.
My Son has a fractured leg and no one at this facility can explain to me what happened. Once I reported this incident to the State of Michigan my children were terminated from the program. They won't even release my childrens belongings. Please do not send your children there. The Director is a liar and the staff. I'm in the process of filing a lawsuit
