This facility is nasty. It smells of sewer, and has a pest problem. There is a stagnant alarm that rings daily and director is well aware of concern. The food is processed, the kitchen is not a full kitchen with a working oven. They have plug in grill warmers for frozen food.
As a vendor of this establishment, I have spent quite a bit of time there. All of the staff there (particularly Jennifer, the owner) clearly have a passion for taking care of these kids. When you're inside of this place, you really feel like you're in someone's home, and that these people - management, staff, kids and parents - are all part of the same family.
I don't have kids of my own, but if I did, and if I needed them taken care of my someone other than myself while I was at work, this is where I'd take them, and these people are the only one's I'd trust to provide them the quality of care I'd want!
