My son has been going to this daycare since he was 9 months old. I thought they were great. They were building a green house, had a library, indoor and outdoor gym,but it was all smoke and mirrors. Yes they have a friendly environment but maybe a little to friendly. Their turnover rate is higher than expected. My son has had at least 10 different people watching after him and a new one was added last week. Some I loved some I didn't. I couldn't understand why they could have a great employee for a few months and then she was gone....she left they told me but really she was fired. They overload their employees so there is no focus put on your child and they make promises they can't keep. I was told when I was ready to start potty training they would help. I prepared him all weekend taking him to the potty every hour. He was doing fairly well. Then I took him to the daycare. They took him to the potty twice in one day while he was wearing underwear. Their excuse was there is only one teacher...sometimes two. Memos stated he is not potty training here. Way to go with the negative reinforcement. Not to mention my child had a diaper rash from being wet for so long. My hard work went down the drain. They said oh in August it will be different. We will be here and can take him. So right now you are understaffed and my child is the one who has to suffer. When I made this point I was yelled at, told my child wasn't ready, told that most kids don't start until the age of 2, 3 or even 4. As a customer paying a heafty price and driving and extra two hours a day to take my son there I really expected more. There were a few other things I could say but this is what set me off and made me decide to leave. My child was neglected. He got hurt on a few occasions that could probably been avoided and I was disrespected. If management changed I would consider coming back but right now I do not feel my child is getting the attention he needs. I will continue to inform parents.
