Alot of yelling, dirty, and the husband picked up two girls by there arm and dropped them once in air. They both cried and got yelled at again! We were to check it out, they said they had a party the night before and that's why it was so dirty. They seemed to care more about their belongings then my child as they did not say one word to her.
