To educate the community of the importance of early childhood, to engage families in the process of their children’s education, to promote a healthy social emotional foundation in the highest at-risk population in order to help children build skills that will result in them being self- directed, self-reliant, to create an environment that allows children to become, socially and emotionally prepared to become a productive citizen of the community in which they live. We achieve this goal through education, counseling, therapeutic services and continued support for families.

We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. speckled frog was a mid place i didn't like the teachers their that much i liked the owner but i know what went down there they almost never pay attention to the kids one specific teacher there was very rude it was to expensive for bad service the playground was horrible they leave wood and rocks around just don't take your children here please
My daughter has been here he whole life good but they are not the safest . Do not like to be accommodating and ignore the children a lot

I applied for a teacher position at this facility and received a call to come in to be observed on how I interact with children and co-workers alike. Unfortunately, the tables turned. I ended up observing them. The place is dirty, broken toys, plastic pieces, rocks, wood on playground which made a very unsafe environment for the children. On top of this...the staff weeded outside, with backs to the children, while the children threw rocks, wood and anything they could find to throw at the apartment complex next door...the whole time they were outside. It was very upsetting to know a facility like this,has the ability to stay open! Licensing should stay on top of this facility everyday! I recommend , "DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD/REN TO THIS PLACE!" It's unsafe!
