Thank you for your interest in my home based daycare. My name is Varsha Shah. I have had a genuine love for children and enjoy seeing them reach their full potential! I have 25 years of experience working with infants, toddlers and preschoolers. My first 10 years of experience was working at a preschool and the past 15 years I have had a home based daycare. I am CPR and First Aid certified. My daycare is a safe and comfortable environment. You can be rest assured that your childcare needs will be met. Varsha is an AMAZING childcare provider. I started taking my six month old son there recently. My son is a very difficult baby. Varsha is very patient and is working with him to get adjusted to going to daycare. My son recently decided he would refuse a bottle (both from me and with her). Varsha takes her time with him and gets him to drink what she can. She even takes the time to feed him milk with a spoon! When I pick him up, she informs me of what he ate for the day, how many dirty diapers he had, and is always in clean clothes. I am so thankful to have found her to care for my son. I know that other providers would not give him the wonderful care that she does!
Varsha Shah has provided care for my two children for 5 years consecutively. She is kind, trustworthy, reliable, and very conscientious. She is great with kids and very attuned to their needs. I highly recommend her daycare.
We were looking for a place for our year old son to help him settle down, which has homely atmosphere,more personal care and will give him his time to adjust. This place has all that we were looking, also it is very clean, warm and inviting.
My son bonded right away with Mrs. Shah and he feels as comfortable as he is at home. Mrs Shah gave excellent care from timely feeding, napping, enough play time and worked patiently through his stages of leaning off of pacifier through potty training.
We are very glad that we found this place, we strongly recommend to whoever looking for daycare for their infant toddler child.
She took care of my daughter for more than a year. She is a wonderful care-giver, provides homely and safe environment, follows a dedicated schedule with the kids which involves reading, educational toys and outside time (weather permitting). She also helps parents with the potty training. She provides a very warm, friendly and affectionate environment for the kids.
Ms. Varsha is an excellent daycare provider. My daughter went to her at the age of 3 years and then off and on after age of 5 for school breaks, etc. She has consistently provided the best care and attention for my daughter in a very safe and loving environment. She takes great effort to make her daycare safe for children and always follows proper standards and procedures. She not only makes sure the children are fed, changed and napped on a regular schedule, but she also has many activities to occupy the children for their learning and entertainment.
I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a daycare provider for their infant, toddler or child.
Varsha is an excellent child care provider! My child was under her care for about 2 yeas, and we were very happy with Varsha. She is very kind and caring, and my child was very happy when under her care. As a first time mom, leaving your child with a stranger at first can be very scary, but Varsha's home is inviting and very safe. I felt if I was leaving my child with a family member rather then someone I had just met. My child still refers to Varsha has Nana, and truly enjoyed the time she was there. I still refer my new mommy friends to Varsha when they ask me about child care providers!
As the owner of the day care, I'd like to thank Ms. Shraddha for her review and apologize to Ms. Shraddha for the bad experience she had during her 1 day trial at my center.
Unfortunately, as the owner, I must comply with rules and regulations of the state in order to keep my license, and also in order to keep all my children safe. So when parents are unable to comply with the contract, and are unwilling to provide me with the necessary supplies/medications that they're children may need while under my care, I am unable to accept them as a client. My number one goal is to maintain a safe and healthy environment for the children who are under my care, and have been doing this for 20+ years, under a Michigan license! I also want to comment that I am currently fully functioning and am accepting new infants or toddlers for the fall.
I do not agree with the review above.Varsha has taken care of my infant son for the last 4 months. She is caring, gentle, and great with kids. She follows directions and is careful to alert you to any changes or concerns she may have. I trust her with my sons safety and would recommend her to anyone!she is a great provider and is one of the best priced daycares in Novi!
This lady is the stupidest lady I have met until today. Does not want to take effort to care for kids ! Easy going attitude so beware. One inside news - she is going to shut down her daycare soon.
