Both my children were physically abused by at least one staff (my children also told us other children were also beaten). Other staff members witnessed all the time and decided to turn a blind eye. It was eventually witnessed by someone and reported to CPS. When I tried to call and email them, they simply ignored us. The way they talk to us about our kids indicates that they hate kids. They should not be in child care.
