I would not recommend this daycare to anyone! When picking my child up from this daycare not a single employee comes over to me and tells me about my child’s day. They don’t even acknowledge that I am there. When picking children up you always see the adults talking to one another but you never ever see them interacting with the kids. There is no learning curriculum that they actually follow. When I stop in early some days they are eating snack on the ground. There’s been times when my child comes home with cuts and bruises when I ask what happened I am told they don’t know. There is no solid teachers in a single class room. My child has been there for 8 months and can’t even tell you the teachers name as there is absolutely no consistency. My child comes home with poop in her underwear daily, and is always absolutely filthy.. when I bring my concerns up they are bluntly ignored and they do what they can to avoid conflict. But they are down your throat for the next dollar. They do not have the children in best interest it’s the money. Absolutely sickening. My child has been pulled out as I could no longer deal with the poor service they provide. I have also reported to the state, where there is an active investigation.
Please do not support this business. The current management will overlook and cover up issues to avoid confrontation. They care more about money than for your child.
Both of my kids are in care at Rainbow and they have done a wonderful job with the kids. The kids just love the teachers and those same teachers always keep me informed of how things are going for my kids - both the good and the bad. As a parent I love how much they learn as well as the breadth of topics covered. I highly recommend Rainbow as a daycare and preschool.
We thought it was a great daycare until we had some concerns with a specific teacher. Because we would not back down about a meeting with the director and said teacher the director terminated our services. We had contacted the state prior to termination of which after a month plus investigation just on our child there were 3 violations (some of which were major). Would not recommend to anyone as long as correct director is still there.in my opinion she is about protecting and covering up for her staff and not the children.
