About the Provider

Description:

From the first ‘hello’ of the day, to the last ‘good-bye’, we want every child to feel safe, nurtured and excited to learn and grow with us, and for you to consider us a true partner in the development and education of your child.

You have trusted us to care and educate your children for many years as Rainbow Academy child care centers and as your little ones have grown so have we! In 2014, Rainbow Academy changed our name to Lightbridge Academy. Lightbridge Academy is the same family, just a new name. This new name reflects the evolution of who we have been, how we have grown and the future that we are embracing.

It all begins with our Circle of Care philosophy, which empowers everyone within the Lightbridge Academy family to create a one-of-a-kind educational experience for the children we care for and the families that cherish them.

Additional Information:

Lightbridge Academy offers early learning programs for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool aged children with summer camps for older children.  The Seedlings Early Childhood Education Program focuses on the needs of each individual child and the curriculum fosters a lifelong love of learning, while simultaneously developing a solid foundation for cognitive, social, and emotional development. Enrichment programs included are sign language, Spanish and music.

Our flexible year-round programs offer extended hours to lessen the stress at drop-off and pick-up times.  Everything we do revolves around supporting the needs of our families and we're constantly asking what we can do to make parents lives easier and further enrich the lives of their children.

The Lightbridge Academy's state-of-the-art facilities are a step above other child care centers and offer high levels of security, interactive whiteboards, Tadpoles parent e-communication app and the exclusive ParentView® Internet Monitoring. Visit us today!

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This post comes with a heavy heart because I am going to have try to removing my child a few months before he graduates with his friends. I will stick to only this one complaint because I never brought up the many others the Director has done in the past.

So the coronavirus has caused the school to close until further notice as of March 18th 2020. In the letter they are telling the families they will not credit the remaining monthly cost for closing. This would be a prorated amount of 459. I know we all have to go through financial hardships right now and in my option this school refusing to give us our money back for a service they can’t provide is unethical and just flat horrible.

My company is not and would not hold money from families through this rough time. If we do not provide a service we can not in good Conscience do that.

This means only one thing the head of this snake is a true snake!!

I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of this center and liked the infant sign language program. The children seemed happy and the staff engaged. Waiting for a spot in the infant suite for my daughter.
