I have used this provider for more than 6 months

okay starting this month I have been there for a year now and I just heard about this husband being a pedophile, not going to lie its been driving me crazy but for the year I been there I have made close friends with the teachers even invited them over for my kids birthday parties and the only complaint I have had is my kids are not getting fed as much as she can handle I have a three year old and a two year I have never seen signs of abuse or anything else my girls generally ask for there teachers.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I was surprised when I learned that the owner of this childcare center use to run Adventure World here in St. George, and that they had to close down because the owners were selling drugs out of the center. And the other owner is married to a pedophile. Who thinks its okay to have sex with 12 year old girls... And they have cameras all thru out the building so her husband can watch the children? He isn't even supposed to be on property but I have seen him there "Fixing" things... This is the worse daycare in town... The staff is very mean to the children and every time I would go in to pick up my son the teachers were always in the corner on their phones... I will never take my son here again

I have been to many centers in town this one I thought was a great center until I learned that they don't follow their own policies or procedures. My nephew and my niece have went there for months and when I was picking them up for their mother I've noticed that children go there when they're sick will they have pink eye their teachers are sick and everything else they have policies stated right in their book that they give their parents as well as on the door that there are well center and they pride themselves on having will children you no care for words staff well they don't there's children that get to come there all the time sick runny nose is crying because they don't feel good coughing temperatures RSV bronchitis croup you name it it comes through there the staff does nothing about it their office staff sits on their butts and does nothing they're real pieces of work my niece and nephew were sick their mother took them out for a few weeks to get them better and lo and behold she goes back to re enroll the kids back in and pay her tuition and she notices all these sick kids but now there is pink eye going but the staff don't follow the rules about being sick if you're sick why are you there why are you allowing your children to be there you're not a well center you make your staff come in when they're sick you allow children to come in there they don't care as long as they're getting their money it's a horrible horrible place to take your children if you want them to be sick all the time then it's a fantastic place outside is nothing but a dirty mess they call that a playground 5x - 15 kids a pile of dirt in the corner there's nothing for my kids to do on there there's nothing to crawl and play on swing on jump on you either play in dirt or do nothing the staff don't interact with their children never once have I seen and office staff interact with other staff members I've heard them put other staff members down their office staff including the owner and the director talk down about other employees to each other they are very picky of who they like and who they don't they all play favoritism with staff and children as well as parents my recommendation is to never ever take your children to the center unless you want crappy care and sick children

WORST IN TOWN!!! Oct 23, 2015
I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Where do I start with the dysfunction of this daycare?! The staff is horrible and the owners are even worst. My 3 year old daughter was bitten and/or beat up every day and nothing ever changed. I was told, "Kid's will be kids! and "accidents happen!" When the first bite mark appeared, I thought, things do happen. But, then it seemed like every day she would come home bruised or hurt. The teachers are to busy playing on their phones to watch the children. When I read about the child being grabbed by the Director and then trying to commit suicide, I just nodded and went makes sense with what I was seeing with my child. You do not have the right to hurt a children... especially one whose parents entrust you with. I will NEVER take my child back and warn other parents to really research this place before taking them here.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I have been with little harvard for more than 4 years. I have experienced every daycare in Saint George, and found that little harvard is the best one. They monitor everything through video recording systems, which to me means a lot because nothing can slip by. And even if the staff know where the blind spots are, they change up the cameras regularly to ensure that they do not miss a beat. The owner deals with the parents first hand, which to me shows that she is dedicated to creating a safe environment for the children and staff.
Secondly, I disagree with allowing anyone who has never used the facility to write a negative review. How do you know unless you experience the place? A walk through only shows you so much!!! The experience is in getting to know the staff and owner.
I am a mother who is in and out of that day care 3-4 times a day due to busing schedules, picking up kids at random work hours, and so forth. And i always feel like the staff are committed to the safety of the chidlren.

This place is dedicated to the chidlren and staff and the owner is there every single day making sure the place is ran to the upmost standards!

NEVER AGAIN Aug 18, 2015
I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

I went to check out Little Harvard because I was in the market for a new child care center. The staff there where rude, short and very disrespectful. In the class room with the babies there were 2 teachers who didn't even look up once in the time I was in that classroom they were too busy playing on their phone while a little girl maybe 7 mths old was crying and sobbing her eyes out. Neither teacher paid the little girl any attention apparently facebook was more important. Then they showed me their playground and a little boy fell tripping over his feet chasing a ball. He scrapped his knee and instead of comforting him or cleaning up his knees the teacher with long brown hair told him to leave her alone, that he would be fine. Are you kidding me? These people are suppose to be caring and loving our children and they completely ignore the crying screaming babies for their phones and then when one does get hurt they tell them to leave them alone. I would never take my children to them ever in my life. If you want your children to be loved and cared for then don't even think about little harvard

My 5 year old niece and 1 year old nephew goes here & they absolutely love it! This negative comment about a child with bruises, maybe if the child had better parenting, the director would have never grabbed that child! My niece & nephew have been going here since Little Harvard was open & I nor my sister, have never had a problem with staff. When one child is problematic, doesn't mean it's the providers fault, that's simply parenting issues! Thanks Little Harvard for a wonderful experience, when I have kids I FORSURE will bring them here!

ARE YOU SERIOUS???? Come on!!! I have used 2 other Day cares in this county and let some things slide because of "mistakes" until I yanked my children out. Mistakes DO happen!! It takes a hovering- over protective parent to yank their child out because of one mistake!! You have no idea what "NEGLECT" is IF that is your definition. I worked in Health Care for 14 years I have seen "neglect" especially after working in Acute/Long Term Pediatrics. I have seen a lot of NEGLECT. Those girls work SOOO hard to take care of all those kids. I give props to those girls everyday when I walk in to screaming kids. I have 6 children and I would go NUTS working like they do all day!! Every day care has their up and down days..you can't tell me you would do it better!!?? Every time I walk through those doors I know my kids have been well taken of and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE those employees!! Tayna, Angela, Alyssa, Devon, Aujnette, Kylee and Tia I ADORE!!! I have never had any concerns of the well being of my children there. I have had my kids in places that you would!! If you are that paranoid over one diaper....wait until you get that child into a place where you see ACTUAL neglect. Perhaps you should look up the meaning before you throw it out there loosely. I work almost everyday and my youngest will pack her own diaper bag to go to her "friends" before I can get dressed! I can't contain my 6 yr old when she finds out she gets to GO to day care after school. THAT makes me happy and self assured my kids are getting treated the way they should be and taken care of the way I would. OTHERWISE they wouldn't want to go back! I love the programs they do, the field trips they take them on, the activities they provide...just EVERYTHING..not as much as I love the girls that work there....almost...but not quite!! My 2 year has had an extensive vocabulary since before she could walk..but everyday I am hearing new songs, her counting everything, she knows all her ABC's, my list would go on and on....and on. I could not imagine my kids being in another day care anywhere. I am actually looking for another place to move and one of my BIGGEST reasons for not looking in a cheaper area is because I don't want my kids to go to another day care...THEY WON'T go to another day care. I am sorry you feel the way you do about Little Harvard but I really think you need to loosen your belt before over reacting. I would like to thank Little Harvard for EVERYTHING you guys do...I just love you guys!

The Director grabbed an 8 year old boy and left bruises on him and then was in hospital for drug overdose. I removed my children!

I love Little Harvard! The whole idea of the center is amazing. The paintings all over the walls are so fun! It is a must see!
The staff are probably some of the best I have seen. I have a 9 month old baby girl and a three year old son. My boy use to always cry when I dropped him of at daycare in the mornings. Guess what? Not anymore. He only did for about two days when he first started going. Now he wants to be there everyday! I feel so much less anxiety through out my day knowing that he is in a safe place and completely happy.
My baby girl pretty much loves everyone! But she has a special attachment to a couple of teachers in her classroom. Her teachers let me know exactly how her day went. It's all written down for me when I pick her up.
If you are searching for the right daycare, then this is the one! Stop your search and go in and meet them. You won't be sorry that you did!

I take all three of my children to Little Harvard and we all absolutely love it. My kids wake up every morning so excited to go there and see all their friends. I have had terrible experiences with a couple of daycares in this town. I am so grateful that we found a place that cares so much for each individual child. I get papers everyday about what my children did all day and when they were changed, and what they ate for their meals. The communication between staff and parents is impeccable. And how much each of my children's teachers care about them is amazing. They tKe the time to do projects with the kids everyday. If you don't like little Harvard you must be crazy. Best best best childcare in this town. Two thumbs up, and will recommend to EVERYONE I know.

If I had the opportunity I would give it a negative star rating.  I was absolutely disgusted with this daycare.  I place my daughter in this daycare while I returned to work.  I was toured the facility and was told how great it was.  THEN my granddaughter came home and didn't want to go back, I had some concerns but being a child I thought it was a minor anxiety, until today, when my daughter picked her up and my granddaughter was left in a dirty pull up to the point she couldn't sit down.  The answer to this situation was like it was no big deal, "We will change our policy".  Yes, my he??? these are children, not animals that you just corral in a room .  Policy, really, do you leave your children at home with poop in their diapers until they can't sit.  NEGLECT.  This is just common sense.  Then the lady with the who don't care attitude asks me to let my granddaughter come back.  GET REAL, I am not placing her back in a position to be neglected again.  My granddaughter goes to preschool and I am hoping this TERRIBLE experience doesn't keep her from her preschool learning environment when school starts back up.  I hope they close you down before you seriously hurt another child.
