I have a lot I could say, but when it comes down to it my biggest complaints is the fact that my children aren't being watched well in my opinion. My oldest was on a field trip and another child tried to stick their hands down her pants and told her not to tell, my other child has more 'ouch' reports than she's ever gotten hurt at home (bleeding and tooth injuries, not just bump on the head) another child tipped over a bookcase on my child, and the staff in constantly changing, the teachers keep changing over and over; most getting fired and others are scared for their jobs and trying to find other sources of income! Tons of things like scabies and fifths disease constantly going through this place, almost twice a month it seems! Once my child with exema was sent home with 'scabies' turning out to be just exema, but just to be safe and prevent contracting this I have to lather them up in the pesticide lotion which burned their sensitive skin for precautionary measures, broke my heart when they were bawling from the burning! There is in individule working in the front currently, not mina, and I don't know what planet she thinks she is from, but has treated my family with such disrespect and completely disregarded my conserns as not really a consern or her problem and tried to defend her mistakes! I am completely shocked and utterly disgusted with this child care facility and the coorporation should look more closely at what they display as their core values and structure they claim to have and how they are not being displayed at this location! I pay $1500/month for two children out of pocket, I dont recieve any assistance and therefore I guess I'm not protected so they can treat me and my family with disrespect and disregard!? I will never ever recommend this facility to anyone ever!
I looove this day care! Being a first time mommy I was worried about taking my little one to just any daycare facility. This daycare does random drug testing for employers who work here and also are Christian based. I have met many of the people who work here and they are all very nice and even get to know our names! I feel rest assured that my toddler is in good hands at this facility. She even has fun while she is there! So many fun projects for the children to do! I can't wait to finger paint too. Thank you all for being so wonderful! You all deserve the credit
