Not happy with this daycare. Always have more kids than allowed, being watched by 1 teacher. Two different teachers have physically disciplined my kids. They allow sick kids to stay and play with healthy kids. They don't actually feed the kids what that say they do on the reports home each day. They don't give the kids enough to drink or eat. They don't supervise the kids enough. Several times when I came early to pick up my kids, no employee was in my child's room or outside watching them. I discussed each issue with the director and she always acted concerned, but nothing changed. Barely made it a year there, before pulling my kids out when one was injured.
Both of my children have been cared for at this daycare and have received excellent care. The staff is very caring and aware of the needs of each and every child The children are fed well, spend time outside each day, and follow all of the state mandated guidelines for child care. This facility provids excellent care for your child
Okay, no day care is perfect, but both of my children have had excellent experiences at this day care. The staff is courteous, concerned, and engaged with the children. They have been attentive to my children's needs. If I've ever had a concern about the care my children received, I have found all staff members, including the director, willing to discuss the issue, leaving me with no continuing concerns.
As a larger daycare facility, there is not the one-on-one care that can be provided at home or in a smaller setting, but I have found no adverse effects in my children's lives. Again, in a larger setting, there is a chance of contracting viruses; however, we run the same risk when we go to the store or if a relative is sick. The staff at the day care do follow all state cleaning guidelines and go above and beyond those expectations when they realize a child is sick. I would gladly recommend this day care to any family.
I wonder if the previous person making comments addressed his/her concerns in an appropriate manner at the appropriate time or just chose a public venue to vent.
