The staff from the facility are HORRIBLE, unprofessional... I had to remove my daughter immediately after a Staff cursed my daughter so much with unacceptable language, very loud in front of many children, when it was addressed by supervisor, he just said he will investigate but for me to expect not to have the staff fired because he's the only one who pick the after school children and walked out. I was expecting an apology but they just don't care, this is not the first incident, and can further go with much details, definitely not a good environment, my daughter started to believe the harsh words that staff was saying to her, she have low self-stem and now she's worst. they need training and better approach with parents and students or close down the program.
