Description:
The NCCC Child Development Center is a licensed child-care facility and early-childhood education program for children ages 18 months to 4 years old. The center is conveniently located in the middle of the Sanborn campus, allowing parents to visit and/or observe their children throughout the day. This program observes the high quality child care standards and criteria by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), which recognizes outstanding early-childhood programs that meet national standards of quality. The center is also licensed by NYS OCFS and accredited by NAEYC.
This facility is authorized to administer medications. The program is for student and employees of NCCC only. Payments can be made through financial aid, DSS, or private pay. Students and faculty can receive child care while off campus at job, interships, or taking courses at other college buildings.
