As a mother being in the military our days can already be stressful. When I drop my child off i want to know and trust that my child is in good hands especially since my child is there most of the day. In the beginning I was over joyed to find a good child care or so I thought. on 18 September 2019 I picked my 2yr old up and her jacket had a chemical ( looked like bleach) on it that badly damaged the jacket. the chemical was by the arm and the front of the jacket. when approaching the owner and staff about the incident all I kept hearing was they didn't know what happened. This didn't sit well with me. I do not believe they would intentionally harm a child but I do believe some of the staff do not monitor the children properly. I have asked if they plan to get cameras especially after the incident they do not. Maybe the parents do need to have access to the cameras but the owner should if for nothing at all to explain these situations. I would NOT recommend them to anyone until they decide to get cameras unless you are comfortable with the response I DO NOT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR CHILD. Ensure to check child care violation reports before choosing any child care a lesson I learned they are public records.
I would not recommend this daycare for any parent. Child care facilities with on this area are very slim but they so not monitor child as they should. They have no security cameras for severe incidents and "I don't know what happened" is not the answer. The child what put in a dangerous situation that could have result and ended badly. I was thankful that it didn't but I would hate for any parent to go through it. Incident reports are not done properly. On many occasions I witnessed staff leaving the facility if even to go to a care the children were unattended. Place your children at this facility may leave you regretting it.
Do not bring your children here!!! If you knew the family that runs thr behind the scenes you wouldn't want your kids in their hands.....
Natasha's is a wonderful Daycare Center. I can go to work everyday knowing my daughter is well taken care of and safe. She is excited to get there in the morning and see the staff and she is happy when I pick her up at night. Facility is very clean and staff is wonderful at giving updates and documenting milestones as she grows. My daughter has been in the Infant room for 9 months and we have stayed at Natasha's even though it is a few miles out of our way because we are very happy with care she receives there.
