Description: Montessori Children’s Academy was founded in 1996 by mother and daughter team Francisca Llado and Christina Llado in the Westchester area of Miami, FL. It was their dream to provide the highest quality Montessori education to students while following the standards set forth by American Montessori Society (AMS) and Association Montessori Internationale (AMI), where both the founders received their Montessori teaching credentials. It is the combination of the AMS and AMI interpretation of the Montessori philosophy which has made Montessori Children’s Academy a renowned school in Miami, FL. In 2007 Francisca Llado retired and Christina Llado continues the legacy of Montessori Children’s Academy by providing the best quality Montessori education to our students.
