I have used this provider for less than 6 months

This is the worst place in Arkansas to send your children. They commit Medication d fraud everyday and break rules that DDDS have in place! How are they still open?? A serious investigation needs to be done.

I am an employee

The CEO Teresa Little is running an extremely shady business. Medicaid fraud is happening everyday. If an employee questions anything they are fired. She claims to be a christian and lies to parents and Medicaid. The children deserve better care than what this facility gives
