I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This daycare is a joke. She always has an attitude as if she is doing you some sort of favor or you are inconveniencing her in some way. You are paying for her service! She makes up payments as she goes. One week will be $160 and the next $200. If you mention her inconsistency in payment amounts, she immediately gets defensive and starts ranting about her bills and the electric and how she has her own kids to take care of. That's nice - we all have bills to pay. Completely unprofessional and rude. She complains about the children constantly and she does not handle their emotional needs whatsoever. My child came home telling me how she felt so bad for one little boy. He was crying that he missed his mother, so Miss Michelle decided he needed to go chill out in the nap time room with the lights off until he learned how to calm down. OVER half of her reviews are from HER and her STAFF. If you look her up on other sites you will still find similar reviews from a Tina and a Miss Valerie. Those are her staff members and not actual parents. I would steer clear of this place at all costs. She charges for days that she doesn't watch your kid, yet you pay her by the hour? There are other daycare's in the area that are MUCH MORE AFFORDABLE and accommodate both the parents and child's needs

I must say that when I walked into Michelle's daycare the kids are engaged in play in an atmosphere that is in a safe learning environment. The staff is very friendly, the children are always happy, and Michelle always goes out of her way to make sure that every childs needs are being met. She takes the time out to talk to the parents and answers any questions you may have. I have never seen Michelle in a more professional manner the way she comes across to the parents and the children. She is very loving, caring, and affectionate to all the children. I highly recommend Michelle's daycare above anyone else! I trust her with my children 100%!!

If you're looking for Daycare for your child, then I highly recommend Michelle's Daycare. Michelle and her staff take very good care of my two daughters. They love going to daycare. You can feel very comfortable knowing your child is in good hands with Miss Michelle. She's very professional and she provides a safe, warm and caring learning environment for your child. I wouldn't feel comfortable sending my daughters to any other daycare. It is very hard to find great daycare for your children, that you can trust. Thank goodness, we found Michelle's Daycare.
Thank you Michelle and your staff for providing a wonderful and loving experience for my daughters.

This is not the greatest daycare out there guys. All her reviews are based from either herself or her employees. She makes up rates as she goes and overcharges parents. She has minimal interaction with your children and has a terrible attitude with some of the parents. She has very poor business etiquette and is unpleasant overall. Her attitude is the biggest of issues. She acts as though she's doing you a favor when you are PAYING for her services. I left after 6 months and she gave me another random up charged fee saying I left her daycare prematurely and charged me for 2 weeks! This place is all about their money and not much else.

This is a really wonderful place to send your child with that peace of mind knowing your child is definitely in good hands. I am so impressed by the youthful and fun staff, the children are so engaged in learning they really impress me with how well they listen and how much fun they have. The facility is peanut and tree nut free which is important to me. I love seeing my daughter coming to me with her creative art projects and the words shes learning!! This is a home away from home and a great place to send your child.
