This daycare does not value their employees or their suggestions. The owner and director of the daycare does not know how to acknowledge her faults and wrong doings. Above all Magic Moments Learning Center lay the kids down for a one hour nap only per the owner of daycare and she is strict with that rule. Kids that young need a 2 - 2 1/2 hour nap. She is very narrow minded and likes to be controlling.
