Immediately and continuously, all staff will wear on their person and utilize a set of tags/list with the picture, age and name of the children in their supervision group whom they are responsible for. To ensure that all children in the staff's group are present and can be seen, heard, assessed and directed by the designated staff person, roll will be taken upon entering and before exiting the classroom, the bathroom, the building, and other designated check points and times on and off the premises. We will continue using the ID tags, however, staff will only have identification tags for children present at the facility. The tags for children who are not present at the facility will remain in a location labeled, "Not here." Written lists will also be used during transition times. In the future, all staff will be able to name all children for whom they are responsible.

The facility will place sign barriers on the steps directing staff to use the grassy hill to access the baseball field. In the future, indoor and outdoor surfaces will be kept clean and in good repair and will be free from visible hazards.
