Description: Little Star was created to provide your child with the necessary skills to succeed in a fun, nurturing environment. The warmth and experience of our teachers will ensure that your child’s day is filled with not only excitement, but also learning and an appreciation of our Jewish heritage.
Our curriculum was prepared by an experienced team of educators. Our goal is that, upon graduating from our program, your child will have a firm grasp of the alphabet, colors, and numbers. In addition to the core curriculum of the State of New York, we will cover world events, nature, feelings, and our Jewish heritage. Our playground area is furnished with optimal equipment to ensure your child’s physical development.
As a licensed facility, safety is a number one priority at Little Star. The classroom, playground, and all supplies were designed with your child’s well-being in mind. Our teachers are trained in emergency care (First Aid, CPR, etc.). Regular safety exercises are incorporated into the curriculum.
We welcome parents as active participants in their child’s education and are delighted to discuss anything that might concern you during the school year.
