Description: Fields’ Child Care is made up of four, State Licensed, conveniently located child care centers in Tuscaloosa; Little Peoples Child Care Center, Capstone Child Development Center, Hillcrest Child Care Center, and Three Bears Child Care Center.
We are a locally owned and operated family company and have been in the business of providing quality, affordable child care to the Tuscaloosa area since 1983.
Our business was founded on the principle that all children learn best through play. Singing, dancing, reading, and free play are always part of a child’s everyday activities. We feel that one of the greatest gifts that we can give a child is a love for learning.
We believe that children are a gift from God. We do everything in our power to meet a child’s physical and emotional needs, and support them as they mature and develop into the amazing person God has created them to be.

Both of my children have attended here and they have been AMAZING with my kids. My daughter went from the age of 2 until she graduated from their Pre-K program. My son has been going since he was 6 weeks old & it has helped keep him on a routine. I highly recommend this child care center & their staff!
My child attended this center for a year and for that whole year nothing was accomplished. There was never a permanent teacher and everyday the kids saw new faces of people who doesn't even look qualified. Honestly, this placed needs to be shut down. The director gives you all kind of excuses and I didn't find it useful for my child health or educational wise. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
Over all this school is not what the director portray it to be. My baby hasn't learned anything since being there. She's caught numerous of virus there. I wouldn't recommend this place for an animal.
