I used to go here back in like the early 2010s and my being a young child, it was an amazing place, I am now shocked to read the reviews, when I used to come here they were so nice to me and I had good friends, the lunch was like way better than lunch now lol. I had ms. France and I cannot remember the other teacher's name now? I honestly miss them, they were such great teachers and I've been trying to find them for a bit now but I think they no longer work here.

Very Pleased Dec 21, 2014

I am very familiar with Little Learners and it has 5 stars for a reason. The office administrators are very attentive to what happens and always address the problem in a professional manner. I myself have had a few issues with the teachers and my problem was address immediately. I went to the daycare myself and so did my child. It is definitely a place that I would recommend. The teachers are all educated in Childcare and are very creative in new activities that are done with the children. The staff here and the children become your family to the parents and the children. If you want to make sure that your child is in a loving and safe environment then Little Learners is the place to go. My husband and I love it that my child was able to have the same loving experience that I have had with Little Learners.

Little learners is the worst child care provider in the city of Charlotte. My children have been attending the daycare for almost a year now anf tgis is by far the biggest mistake I made as a parent. I am currently looking for another day care because the way the two ladies treat my 2 and 4 year old very different from the rest of the kids. The directors neicy and carman come off as nice ladies at first but thier attitude after awhile becomes very nasty. The lunch lady is very rude. The only staff thay I like and appreciate is the teachers. I think that these teachers are 2 good to be working in a raggedy facility working under snobbish rude people like carman and niecy. Today I went to the day care to check on my children and my 4 year old was in the class room with the younger kids. I asked the staff where were his friends? The staff told me that they were about to go on a field trip but my 4 year old is being left behind. I could not believe that my son was being mistreated like that. I asked the director why didn't they tell me about a field trip. And her answer was "I didn't know that you wanted him to go". I was already displeased with thier services before but the fact that my son was deprived of having opportunities to go be with his classmates blew my mind. When I told the directors that he is to go on every field trip that the other children go on she says to me "if he shows out he can't go on another trip." Ignoring the fact that he is 4 and my son just like any other child in that facility has to be redirected. I am uncomfortable with little learners because I don't know if my son is being mistreated now. He is too young to tell me everything. Please do not put your children in that daycare because if they can do it to my sin they will do it to other children as well. Im am doing everything I can to make sure this issue is addressed and they are penalized for thier actions against my son.
