About the Provider

Description:

Lighthouse Preschool, Inc. was founded in 2001 when our teachers had the ambitious idea of guiding children through their early years of life in a preschool setting.  We welcome children as young as 2 years old to 6 years old and provide them with everything they need to succeed and thrive in school – love, encouragements, social interactions with children their ages, and a variety of basic school skills.

We are very proud of all of our students who have passed through our doors as we watch them graduate from preschool and move on to kindergarten in public school.  What makes the teachers very proud of our students is the knowledge that we have best prepared our students for what they may face in public school and years to come.

All of our teachers are chosen for their warmth, education, and experience and had a huge impact on our students. In order for them to be hired, they must complete a thorough application, screening, and training process, complying with Lighthouse’s standards and local government regulations before being placed in the classroom.

Proud parent Sep 22, 2014

I love how Lighthouse Preschool has helped my child grow from a shy quiet little girl to someone who is more outspoken and active. I understand that when she first entered the school, she cried a lot because she has never been anywhere without her parents or grandparents, but after a few weeks, her crying lessened and she started to really enjoy coming to school. During the last two years, she has learned many things and made many friends. She would often come home and pretend to be one of her teachers to her stuffed animals, which made us laugh, watching her imitating them. Thanks to this wonderful school, our child has entered kindergarten with no trouble adjusting and continuing to make great progress in her studies.
