I have used this provider for more than 6 months

They potential is good , but the old gray head lady they got sitting in that office thinks she’s someone grandmother or mother to not only me but everybody and got the whole facility scared of her . They all rude and think parents n family have to kiss their butts when it’s 1000 good daycares . My family is out of there , the staff too rude, mosey and ghetto  ….

I am an employee

We apologize for the inconvenience, our facility has a open door policy for all parents to voice concerns in a effort to communicate and continue to partner with our families in the community. We make every effort to accommodate our parents, we provide our channel notification in our handbook and the closing was broadcasted on air that day. The city had a major winter storm which caused the majority of the city and schools including our facility to close for the day.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Poor notification of closed status. No phone call, no alert on any of the news stations, no email. I showed up with my child to find a man outside waving his hands saying that the center is closed. Very poor customer service. I had to call frantically, while in the parking lot, for a family member to care for my child at the very last minute. I was told when I enrolled my child that the center only closes when there is no heat, water, or electricity. I wasn't notified of any issues at the center.

Although I am very disappointed by the situation, it is a nice center for children. My child will continue to attend the center. I was fortunate enough to have a backup, but some parents may not have that luxury and could suffer consequences at work.
