Following receipt of the satisfactory result, this individual must be supervised at all times, pending completion of all of the required background check components, by a staff member who has successfully completed all required background checks. A National Sexual Offender Registry check will also be conducted on prospective employees. My views on the program are very mixed. So many good things come to mind, but so do many bad things. Specifically, Myself and others have noticed favoritism towards students and parents. For a child, this can almost be a type of bullying because they do not understand what they've done to illicit your disapproval. While my opinion may go unnoticed, I hope it may have helped even a little. Thank you.
