I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Please be careful where you leave your child. I was referred by a friend to La terra Methodist child center and I actually liked it. Everything in their package was wonderful but with a stiff high price. Which was understandable for all the things they say, they'd do. So I signed up my child and after the third day, my baby got sick so didn't go back for 6 days weekend in between. On the 7 day, I decided my child was feeling better and not contagious so I took my child to the center and I even told the teacher (Chestina) to give me a call if my baby fusses a lot or cry a lot. That afternoon I went to pick up my child at around 3:50pm. When I walked in my child was crying, the teacher wad on break so the director (Mayola) was watching the kids. So I asked if she was crying all day and she said "Oh no she just started, but she needs to be changed" that's what she said so I told her "let me calm my child down and I will change my baby" so I took my child to the other side of the room. The director was giving the other 3 kids their snack while the teacher came back from her break. So she asked about where one child's food was (you bring your own food) and she said "the mother just came in and she won't let me touch the child" and she whispered something to the teacher. I couldn't believe my ears but I was still trying to calm my child. So the director left and I brought my child to the changing table but still my child was hysterical so somehow I managed to put my baby on the changing table and I open the diaper.  . . . Oh my God . . .   My child pooped at least over an hour ago and was so dry on the diaper that the diaper was stuck on my child's thighs, the bottom of my child was so red and the private parts already started blistering. I called the teacher and I showed her, but I was so upset I started crying. I looked at the daily log and my child was supposed to be changed at 3:05pm no matter what but no one bothered. I walked in the office and showed the log to the director and asked her how could this happen? She blamed it on the teacher and ofcourse the teacher said she was on break. But that diaper was on my child for over an hour with the poop. No apologies, no remorse, nothing  . . . . so I left. The next day I went to gather all my child's stuff and wanted to talk to them together so I did. Still no apologies, no remorse nothing actually the director kept on addressing me as honey, sweetheart.  . . How disrespectful??!!  . . . . .
Actually on the daily log, my child was changed twice at 11:15am and at 1:05pm and the nap time was recorded from 11:35am till 1:10pm so the next changing should've been at 3:10p??? And how is the second change was at 1:05pm but my child woke up from nap at 1:10pm??? They completely neglected my child and lied on the log. So what else happens in the facility that parents are not aware of??? Be careful,  Be really really careful!!! Mind you, at drop off, there 5 kids including mine and at pick up there were 3 kids including mine.

"He who hurt the children and the weak, will be delivered on judgment day."
