I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Please do not take your kids here! The employees keep insinuating that there was forms of abuse that occurred but when I ask they won’t tell me what’s going on. My child attended there for about 2.5 years. The daycare shutdown unexpectedly, the owner posted on the daycares Facebook that the daycare would be shutdown until further notice due to her employees stating that they were treated badly, and then when parents were upset leaving comments she proceeded to delete the Facebook post. I will add this daycare Facebook post to the Google review for you to see. Two weeks later they notified a lot of parents of the daycare reopening but not me or my husband, when I found out that the daycare was reopening I was upset because no one informed me even though my child was enrolled already so I was worried that we lost our slot. I called the daycare and asked the owner why she didn’t tell me, she said she didn’t have my info which I found absurd since I have filled out thousands of forms with my info on it and my info hasn’t changed in 10 years. She took offense to me calling her out on this and hung up on me, when I called back to ask her about tax info and if my kid could come back to daycare she hung up on me again, when my husband stopped by to see what was going on she was extremely short and rude, and wouldn’t let him speak, he told the owner that if that’s how she was treating me then he understood why I was upset. The daycare was having a meeting that same night about the reopening, i called to ask could I come to the meeting she threatened to have me removed and I wasn’t even there yet. At the meeting she stated there was an investigation going on and That people may be asked questions and there may be officials at the facility conducting this, I asked why there was an investigation she refused to answer she just asked me did I know what slander was. She introduced us to the new director, I tried to ask the new director questions and she interrupted me and said this isn’t the place for those questions. I told her with all do respect I have a valid question and I’m going to ask, the owner just refuses to answer any questions, she told me to put my concerns in an email so I did, I sent her an email stating that I was concerned about my child’s privacy because she had employees talking to people about my child’s personal and medical information and that I was concerned that the drama she had going on with her employees was affecting my child, and that during the summer months some of the younger employees were dressed in short spandex shorts with no underwear on to where you could see their privates, she only replied back that she would send my concerns to her new director. The first day my child attended school after reopen 2 employees were telling me oh it’s so much better if you only knew what was happening here before, it is bad, but no one will elaborate. It’s torture as a parent for these people to say these things and then they not answer your questions. The new director has never once emailed me back anytime I’ve emailed her and both times I requested for her to call me she has not done so. I’m not surprised , you should she the violations her other daycare, Educare in Elizabeth city. So ever since this daycare had drama my child has been acting out of character, seemingly angry at daycare , about a month before the facility shutdown and ever since they reopened. but we do not have these issues at home. I tried to ask the director for help she said all they can do is try to redirect children that that was the only solution she had. , so they made me pick her up from school and the next day I asked to speak to the director to find a solution, she wasn’t there, she wouldn’t call me back as I requested and before the day was over my child was expelled, the reason they expelled her was that her parents refused to find a solution, even though they were the ones not addressing my concerns, not corresponding with us or helping find a solution! NOT PROFESSIONAL!
