Verbally abusive staff members, undocumented injuries, and wishy-washy work schedule.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

If there was an option for less than 1 star I would choosewas a I do not feel like this daycare cares for the I do no or puts out an effort to interact with them in the younger classes like the ones twos and threesthe one teacher in the twos classI have heard a teacher yelling at a child from down the hall and she claimed that she was yelling at her own child even if it was her own child it still made three other children cry because they are in the twos and threes class they did not understand she was not yelling at theymy child has been hurt several times there I understand accidents happen but sometimes there can be too many accidents that are unexplainable if there is better supervision it would not have happened or when my child comes home with several bite marks a or I understand having one or two bite marks because my child was a bighter as well at one point but when my child comes home with three or four bite marks a day that is way too many there should be better supervisionthe only reason I have not moved my childen is due to lack of openings at other locations
