Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.

My son started this daycare a month go. He has only been there 3 times because every time we have picked him up he is sick. (No phone calls, no note, no nothing). I’ve missed a months worth of pay and spent hundreds on taking him to instacare with how sick he was every time he went there. He has been to 2 other day cares previously and never came home sick. Their staff don’t wear masks and they don’t even check to make sure people aren’t dropping their sick kids off.
I called to tell them we weren’t going there anymore and that we wanted a refund. The woman I spoke to just kept quoting the “policy” at me but apparently their policy on keeping their staff and the kids they watch safe is less important than making money. She finally said I needed to talk to the owner and that they would contact me. It’s been a week and I have no heard anything.
I had 2 kids in Kids of Camelot. They lasted only 3 days. The Director's are a joke. They do not tell you if something happened to my kid that day. The teachers that I had didn't even speak English. So when I asked them about my child they had no idea what I was saying. They left my child outside of the building after they picked him up from school and they wouldn't let me see the camera footage so I could see how long he was alone. They just told me that he was out there 1-2 minutes but they would not show me proof. My baby got bit 6 times in one day and they never said a word about it. When I complained they finally brought me incident reports and acted like stuff like this never happens. They have way to many kids. I heard teachers yelling at the kids. The do not handle situations well. This place is a joke! Do not take your kids here!
I totally agree with the above statement. My child has at least 3 different teachers throughout the day and he is being switched between classes without me being informed about it. I feel like there is no positive discipline here. All i hear is what my child did wrong that day. I get a different story on what has happened throughout the day depending on the teacher i talk to. That's if i can find someone that can understand me and vise versa. More often then not, the answer i get is " I don't know, i wasn't with him today". I feel like they have WAY too many kids there and they use the television as the care takers. It seems the older he gets, and the more attention he needs, the more of a hassle he is to them. I have addressed the director and director assist many times about what we can do about repeating problems and i am just told what is wrong, with no solution. They are not willing to help and the communication and consistency stinks! Which i believe are very improtant for any child!
If you care about your child(ren) DO NOT enroll here! Hardly any teachers speak English, so there is no communication as to what happened throughout your child's day. J had my child there for about a year and NEVER saw an art project or anything of that nature come home. Any time I dripped if or picked up the children were just sitting in front of a TV. The teachers don't actively play with the children and in several occasions I counted and the teachers were over state stipulated ratios for that age group. It is an unhealthy environment to allow children to not be mentally and physically stimulated and have teachers more worried about conversing with other teachers over half walls than actively engaging with the children in their care. If you need child care I would strongly urge you to look elsewhere!!
