I have used this provider for less than 6 months

This place is very unorganized and dirty. Staff are not well trained and are constantly changing. There's no official playroom and it's not a preschool as advertised. Hours are not great for working parents. Theyve had a couple of lice outbreaks and parents weren't told for nearly two weeks after the fact. Not very pleased and would not recommend this place.
