I walked into this establishment to request a tour I was greeted with rudeness and was told I couldn't receive a tour. I explained I had called prior to going into the facility and had been told to go in anytime for a tour. It was around four, the teacher still gave me push back on a tour and I asked to speak to the manger , she walked away and I was then greeted by another teacher who said ok, as I followed her around she was closing doors to offices and told me the owner was getting married so to please excuse the mess. She walked me to two rooms , the main room where ALL the kids were cause there was only one classroom that was utilized in the morning , the AC in the classroom for the toddlers was not working so it was closed . There were rooms full of cleaning products, not organized and the facility was filthy. She showed me the outdoor play area , located behind a back parking lot where the children would have to cross the parking lot street to gain access to the unshaded small outdoor area. She then proceeded to tell me that they were moving but not yet it was quite puzzling information. She gave me an application she said would cost $75 and I could barley see the print cause she had little to ink in her printer and told me they ran out of ink I suggest she email it to me and her response was she never learned how to scan and email , my next question was what were their credentials for teaching their , she said no experience just the standard, whatever that means. My concerns and complaints stem from a lack of professionalism, lack of cleanliness and stability. I would not recommend this facility .
